The manufacture

La Manufacture

The project La Manufacture consists in regrouping, for an international jewelry maker, previously separated manufacturing and administrative departments on a single 150,000 SF site. The proposed concept, the “mecano”, is capable of responding to these multiple situations and addressing such complexity. The starting point is a series of stainless steel poles anchored to a grid of rails in the ceiling. Modular wood panels, glass panels, doors, shelves, storage cabinets, benches, screens, display boards, etc. are then fixed to the poles, allowing infinite arrangements, in order to partition the spaces in accordance with the different programs, while conveying unity.
